TEAM MINDSET TRAINING (SESSIONS ARE CURRENTLY OFFERED VIA ZOOM)

ENSURES THAT ATHLETES AND HIGH PERFORMERS ARE ALIGNED IN CULTIVATING A GROWTH MINDSET. TEAM TRAINING GIVES ATHLETES AND HIGH PERFORMERS SOLUTIONS TO MENTAL BARRIERS THROUGH UNIQUE MINDFULNESS-BASED TOOLS AND TECHNIQUES TO OPTIMIZE PERFORMANCE.

WE OFFER SINGLE SESSIONS AS WELL AS STRUCTURED PACKAGES, DEPENDING ON THE NEEDS AND WANTS OF EACH TEAM.

INDIVIDUAL MINDSET TRAINING AND THERAPY SESSIONS (SESSIONS ARE CURRENTLY OFFERED IN PERSON AND VIA ZOOM)

ALLOWS INDIVIDUALS THE OPPORTUNITY TO FOCUS ON INCREASING EMOTIONAL REGULATION, DECREASING PERFORMANCE ANXIETY AND INCREASING POSITIVE SELF TALK IN A ONE ON ONE SETTING.

INDIVIDUAL SESSIONS ARE 60 MINUTES LONG AND ARE AVAILABLE IN PERSON OR ONLINE.

WORKSHOPS (SESSIONS ARE CURRENTLY OFFERED VIA ZOOM)

ALLOWS ATHLETES, COACHES AND SUPPORT STAFF THE OPPORTUNITY TO ENGAGE IN EXPERIENTIAL ACTIVITIES, DISCUSSIONS AND GAIN VALUABLE TOOLS NEEDED TO DECREASE STRESS, ENHANCE PERFORMANCE AND CREATE A CULTURE OF MENTAL WELLNESS.

WORKSHOPS ARE TYPICALLY 90 MINUTES AND ARE CUSTOMIZABLE FOR EACH GROUP.

WORKSHOPS ARE IDEAL FOR ATHLETES, COACHES, ATHLETIC TRAINERS, ATHLETIC SUPPORT STAFF.
